IB Programs

For students aged 3 to 19, the International Baccalaureate® (IB) provides a spectrum of international education via four demanding, elevated educational programs.

IB courses encourage students to think critically, ask the right questions, and think beyond subjects, as well as personal growth and academic accomplishment. Diversity, curiosity, and a healthy desire for learning are all fostered by an IB education. According to the PYP structure, students are active agents of their own learning and partners in the learning process. The IB curriculum acknowledges students’ natural curiosity, wonder, and inquiry about themselves, others, and the world around them. Learning communities as worldwide as IB value children for who they were, who they are now, and who they will become in the future. IB students are in a unique position to co-create their present learning needs by building on earlier learning and experiences.

IB programs are only taught in schools that are authorized to do so. An IB World School is any school that is sanctioned to provide IB programs.
