MYP Science Tutor

The IB MYP science course is an objective and wide subject that encourages students to investigate the connections between science and everyday phenomena. This course instructs students on how to conduct a study, observe, explore, and experiment to verify and understand diverse scientific theories. The fundamental goal of the MYP science course is to help students acquire analytical, logical, and investigative abilities so that they can design and conduct experiments, as well as assess and derive meaningful conclusions from them. Students in the MYP can study physics, chemistry, and biology separately or as part of an integrated science program.

IB Scholars' MYP science tutors have created study resources for students who have chosen distinct subjects in the science group. Criteria A, B, C, and D are the four criteria that make up the MYP scientific paper assessment pattern. Each criterion has a scoring scale ranging from 1 to 8.

At IB Scholars, we have students who move through their entire five-year MYP program (from age 11 to 16 years). As the curriculum requires them to complete studies in eight subject areas, as well as an integrative subject and a Personal Project, we design our classes according to the provided structure.
